tf2 how to add bots

I forgot how to open up the command thing.

And Mabye you don't have the developer's console on
So go into options and click advanced options and check the box that says allow developer console and click ok twice

Thanks a lot! But how do I put bots on both teams? I am using this server as a personal training server, so I can get used to a class or get better at it before I embarrass myself.
I want about 10 bots on both teams. At least 6 please.

Just go to training and click offline training
From there you can decide how many bots(bots are split in half like if you put in 10 then 5 for each team)and the difficulty

~ is called tilde just so you know
